WHAT?

Mentoring is sharing experience and advice with clients to enhance their performance.

Coaching gives impartial and intuitive feedback whereas mentoring provides advise through shared experience. Coaching has a specific agenda and time frame whereas mentoring may be more fluid and long term. Both involve partnering with the client, to share knowledge, dis-cuss goals, develop skills, change behaviors, progress careers.
